INSTRUCTIONS: PARBOIL YOUR TATTIES, DRAIN, SHAKE, GENEROUSLY SCATTER THE SEASONING OVER THEM AND SHAKE AGAIN. ROAST IN A PREHEATED TRAY OF HOT OIL OR GOOSEFAT AT 200C FOR 25 MINS [SHAKE AGAIN HALFWAY THROUGH]. TURN DOWN TO 180C AND BAKE FOR APPROX ANOTHER 30 MIN UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
We also mix this into cornflakes for an amazing crackling crunch for fried chicken.
